• Work directly with engineers and architects to understand their workflows and iterate on solutions in real-time
• Build backend services for high-volume drawing processing
• Develop AI/ML pipelines for automated QA/QC
• Create intuitive UIs for engineers and architects
• Optimize performance for massive PDFs and complex images
• Shape architecture, product direction, and engineering culture

• 3+ years software experience, strong in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript
• You’re a builder who enjoys talking to humans, gather feedback on the front lines, and translate user needs into code
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiar with ML/data pipelines
• Strong debugging + problem-solving
• Clear communicator and solid teammate

• AEC experience (design, construction, CAD/BIM)
• Computer vision or document analysis background
• Experience with compliance systems or rule engines
