Responsibilities

Customer Sales & Profit

  • Enhance the OMNI customer experience by ensuring high standards of visual and commercial presentation in line with brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with Store Management to adapt visual strategies based on store-specific business needs.

  • Implement global campaigns and sales activities on time, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

  • Monitor KPIs and sales reports to identify opportunities, create actions, and meet sales targets and store goals.

  • Ensure optimal stock levels, garment care, and input on allocation strategies in partnership with Store Manager.

Fashion & Trend Awareness

  • Stay ahead of fashion trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Translate trend theory and seasonal insights into actionable merchandising plans.

  • Develop styling techniques and presentations that enhance the in-store shopping experience.

Team & Development

  • Educate and inspire store teams on visual and commercial guidelines, fashion trends, and seasonal changes.

  • Provide hands-on coaching to improve the visual and commercial skills of team members.

  • Support onboarding and training for new hires and develop high-potential team members.

  • Organize and lead upskilling initiatives to ensure consistent delivery of visual standards.

Visual & Commercial Execution

  • Execute visual and commercial plans in alignment with the commercial calendar and mood boards.

  • Create compelling window displays and in-store layouts, ensuring strong trend storytelling.

  • Ensure navigation, fixtures, and signage follow global strategy and enhance customer flow.

  • Maintain sustainability in caring for display forms, fixtures, and interior materials.

  • Collaborate with Facilities Management to ensure proper lighting and presentation standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fashion, Marketing, or related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in visual merchandising, including 3 years in leadership roles.

  • Passionate about fashion and trends, with a strong creative vision and attention to detail.

  • A proactive problem solver with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experienced in visual merchandising and commercial execution in dynamic retail environments.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple locations.
