Forward Deployed Engineer

MadeThis is your AI co-founder. Describe a business and it builds it, launches it, and runs it, autonomously. We're 3 people with 30,000+ businesses on the platform, $0 to $1M in revenue in our first 90 days, on track for $10M ARR by December. For enterprises, we integrate with their existing business infrastructure (CRM, ERM, EOR, etc.) and automate repeatable business operations with “AI employees”.

What you'll do

• Embed with one enterprise customer and own the outcome, from the first audit to a working AI employee.

• Build their company brain: connect the tools, model the workflows, train the agent on their best people.

• Work on-site. You're the face of MadeThis inside their walls.

What success looks like in your first 30 days

• Sourced, closed, and implemented a mid-market or enterprise deal worth $60k in annual contract value.

• Built repeatable systems from that first deal so the next ones close and deploy faster.
