Implementation Specialist, EHR

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You own implementations from contract signature through stabilization, and you configure the system yourself rather than just managing a plan.

• Own multiple concurrent EHR implementations from contract signature through go-live and stabilization
• Act as the primary project lead: timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Configure customer environments including roles, permissions, security settings, forms, templates, workflows, and operational settings
• Translate clinical, operational, and billing workflows into scalable system configurations
• Lead implementation workshops across clinical, medical, operations, intake, scheduling, and revenue cycle teams
• Manage data migration, system validation, user acceptance testing, and go-live readiness
• Train administrators, super users, and frontline staff
• Partner with product and engineering to close gaps and improve how we implement
• Own internal communication throughout the implementation

• 3+ years of EHR implementation experience
• Experience implementing EHR, practice management, healthcare operations, or other complex workflow-driven platforms
• Comfort configuring systems, not just project managing them
• Experience building forms, workflows, permissions, templates, user roles, and operational settings
• Experience supporting enterprise deployments with 100+ users
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with real ownership and autonomy
• Ability to manage client expectations across concurrent accounts

• Behavioral health experience
• Experience migrating customers off legacy EHR systems
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability, EDI, claims, eligibility, or payer workflows
