Community

Our Community Discipline serves as the interface to our community as we continue to grow the Project to enable anyone with the world's medical insights.

• Help define and implement a cohesive vision for Community engagement and growth, including generating data-driven hypotheses for Community initiatives.
• Proactively gather feedback from our Community to help shape product features and organizational initiatives.
• Develop, test, and refine communication strategies using multiple tools, including (but not limited to): email, social media, blogs, and forums.
• Support other Community work, including assisting the Team with related initiatives (e.g., organizational processes and culture; as well as events, meetings, and presentations).

• A bachelor’s degree (or higher) from a top-tier academic institution.
• 2+ years related work experience in multiple of the following: community building, user engagement and growth/scaling, communications, digital and social media, marketing, public relations, management consulting, analytics, program development and management.
• Ability and desire to engage with multiple stakeholders across a variety of communities, industries, and functional backgrounds.
• Experience working and thriving in early-stage organizations and/or other resource-constrained environments.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Capacity to perform work with a high attention to detail.
