Strategic Operations Intern

Asimov AI is building the data infrastructure to train humanoid robots. We collect egocentric video of real people performing real-world tasks (cooking, cleaning, working at a desk, running errands) to teach robots how humans move, interact, and manipulate objects. We're building a global crowdsourced data collection platform where anyone with a smartphone can contribute training data and get paid for it. Our mission is to make high-quality embodied AI training data abundant and accessible.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Operations Intern to help manage our growing global network of data collection contractors. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the connective tissue between our team and thousands of contributors around the world. You’ll handle communications, coordinate equipment shipments, and make sure everything runs on time.

What You’ll Do

• Manage communications with contractors across multiple countries and time zones

• Coordinate supply chain logistics — tracking shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring contributors receive their equipment

• Onboard new contractors and guide them through setup

• Monitor contractor activity and follow up on issues

• Help build and improve operational processes as we scale

• Track and organize data across spreadsheets and internal tools

What We’re Looking For

• Available to commit ~20 hours per week

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Strong written communication skills — you’ll be sending a lot of emails

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

• Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• No technical experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with operations, logistics, or contractor management

• Familiarity with tools like spreadsheets, Notion, or CRM/ticketing systems

• Experience working across time zones or with international teams

Our stack spans mobile, backend, and computer vision. Privacy is core to our system, we strip audio and blur all faces and identifiable information in our processing pipeline.
