Growth Intern (Fall, Winter cycles)

CatchBack Cards, an iOS and web platform for maximizing the thrill of collecting Pokemon and Sports cards. We allow collectors to create custom mystery packs with personalized chases and customized odds with cryptographically trusted tooling. Users can rip open digital packs and get physical cards shipped to them, receive buyback offers on cards pulled from their mystery packs sent straight to Venmo and PayPal, and buy/sell cards in our $1 marketplace.

Join us to help scale one of the fastest-growing startups in the trading card space. This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who enjoys creating content, experimenting with growth channels, and moving quickly. You'll work directly with the founders on marketing initiatives that have an immediate impact on user acquisition and revenue.

What you'll do

• Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create engaging social media content from raw footage, creator submissions, and product launches.
• Coordinate with creators and influencers to produce high-performing content.
• Launch and iterate on growth experiments across paid and organic channels.
• Support go-to-market initiatives for new product launches and features.
• Analyze content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
• Help execute partnerships, community campaigns, and marketing operations.
• Take ownership of high-impact projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

What we're looking for

• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• Excellent eye for storytelling, pacing, and viral short-form content.
• Interest in startups, consumer products, and growth marketing.
• Comfortable wearing many hats and learning new tools quickly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute independently.
• Bonus: Experience running social media accounts, creating viral content, or working with influencers.

This internship is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in growth, content creation, and GTM at an early-stage startup where your work will directly influence company growth.
