About Third Chair
Third Chair (YC X25) builds AI-powered legal infrastructure with human lawyers in the loop, helping rightsholders turn complex legal workflows into scalable revenue. We’re founded by two second-time YC founders with prior exits—Yoav previously co-founded Trendpop (YC W21), which scaled to $1M ARR in 16 months processing millions of social posts per day, and Shourya previously co-founded Fello (YC W22), which grew to 2M+ users, processed millions in investments, and raised $4M+. Backed by Y Combinator and FundersClub with $2.3M raised, customers used Third Chair to generate over $1M in revenue in the last six months of 2025.
