You'll be joining a small, fast team in SF that ships constantly and talks to customers every day.

What you'll work on: The most comprehensive search engine for research papers. AI agents capable of scientific discovery. Simulation engines in computer science, physics, and biology.

1. Screening + technical interview (30 min) — We'll chat about your background, what you've built, and dig into your experience with AI agents, vector search, and building at scale.
2. Take-home assessment — A practical project that reflects the actual work you'd be doing here.
3. Final call (30 min) — Meet more of the team. We'll discuss your assessment and talk through what working together would look like.
4. Paid work trial (1 week) — Work with us on a real project as a paid consultant. You'll get a feel for the team, the codebase, and how we operate.
5. Full-time offer — If it's a mutual fit, we'll extend an offer.

We move fast. The whole process can be done in 2-3 weeks.
