Founding Engineer (Full-Stack)

Macadamia automates engineering & business processes for industrial construction and manufacturing companies.

We do this by creating AI agents that can operate with existing engineering software and ERP systems.

As a Founding Engineer you’ll have responsibility over:

• Building generalizable AI agents that can work inside of the Macadamia Platform.
• Developing and deploying workflows (front+back-end), in close contact with customers.
• Turning existing engineering tools into AI-agent tools.
• Creating SOTA agent architectures to process real-world engineering data.

You'll work on creating a reliable agents and workflows that can work with complex engineering data and diagrams, and autonomously use engineering software.

We work with TypeScript, Python, and use frameworks like Next.js, LangGraph, and Inngest. Experience with engineering software (CAD, CAE, ERPs) is great too.
