Founding AI Engineer

We are a YC-backed (S24) startup looking to disrupt the realtor space by creating a software platform that allows regular people to buy homes without a traditional realtor. We're automate real estate agent workflows, including messaging, deal management, and customer interaction, all with AI. Salary: 100k-150k

Stock: 0.5-2.5%

Responsibilities

• AI agent flows. Are you familiar with tool use? Most of our flows relate to tool use.
• Design, develop AI workflows
• Collab closely with CEO and CTO
• Prompt engineer effective GPT prompts, fine-tune AI responses
• Use new AI as it comes out.

• Previously shipped consumer-facing features

• Collaborate with the CEO/CTO to design, develop, and implement key features of our AI realtor platform.
• Design AI prompts for messaging and deal automation flows (texts and emails).
