What you'll do

• Own evals, agent architectures, and model strategy end to end

• Run the loop from research experiments to production systems

• Build the research function: you're its first member and its leader

• Set the technical direction toward fully self-driving businesses

Who you are

• Deep hands-on experience with LLM agents, evals, or applied ML research

• You measure your work by what ships, not what publishes

• Comfortable being the entire research org on day one
